Terms of Service

NextStepQA is a trading name operated by Caoimh O'Broin, a sole trader based in Ireland. The Platform is available at app.nextstepqa.com.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

The first two modules of the course are available free of charge without registration. Full course access requires a one-time payment as displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase.

Access is granted on a lifetime basis for the course purchased. This means you retain access to the content as long as the Platform operates, including all future updates to that course.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at hello@nextstepqa.com within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Refund requests made after 14 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information when registering.
• Not share your account with others.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, or resell any course content without written permission.
• Use the content to create competing courses or commercial training products.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Platform.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

Do not submit confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information to the AI features of the Platform. Code snippets you submit for review may be sent to third-party AI providers. You are responsible for ensuring any code you submit is appropriate for sharing.

All course content, materials, code examples, and platform design are the property of NextStepQA. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for personal, educational purposes only.

NextStepQA provides educational content to support your learning journey. We do not guarantee job placement, employment outcomes, or any specific career results. Learning outcomes depend on individual effort and circumstances.

The Platform is provided "as is". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of content, or uninterrupted access.

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish and EU law, NextStepQA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
